These terms apply to everyone who advertises on or uses hyra.ax.
Advertising is free for private people and companies. You are responsible for the listing being accurate and for having the right to rent out the property. A listing stays up for 60 days and can be renewed. We review listings before they are published and may refuse or remove listings that break these terms.
You must have the right to use the images you upload. Do not upload images where people can be recognised without their consent.
Listings may not contain requirements or wording that discriminate on grounds of origin, nationality, language, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability or other protected grounds. Requirements about the housing itself, such as it being intended for students or seniors, are allowed.
Visitors can report a listing with the Report button. We review every report.
Listings collected from other websites show the source and link to the original. Details may be out of date. Always check rent, terms and availability with the source.
